Christopher Fairbank, Ph.D.
Chris is a strategic organizational development leader with over 20 years of experience driving talent and culture initiatives across complex healthcare and corporate environments. Known for his ability to translate strategy into action, Chris has led enterprise-wide efforts in executive coaching, leadership development, succession planning, and culture transformation.
Most recently, as Director of Organizational Development at University of Utah Health, he spearheaded a system-wide employee engagement and inclusion strategy that significantly improved key culture metrics. His work is grounded in consulting psychology, with a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and is supported by a strong foundation in coaching and assessment, performance management, and talent strategy.
